How long does it take (turnaround time)?

Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours from the time of pickup. Doonas can take a bit longer.  

what is Senior Doona & Bedding Refresh service

Many older adults find stripping a heavy doona, carrying it to the car, washing it properly, and then wrestling the clean cover back on just too hard (and sometimes unsafe).

That’s why we created our Senior Bedding Refresh service:

  • We come to your home and carefully strip the bed
  • Take away your sheets, pillowcases, doona, doona cover & blanket
  • Wash & dry everything fresh and fluffy at our commercial laundry
  • Bring it all back the next day (or same day if urgent)
  • Then we remake the bed perfectly – hospital corners, tucked, neat and cosy – so your loved one can simply get in and relax.
